Terms and Agreement

Tents should not be moved from the area in which they have been set-up. 

 

 

DAMAGES

The Client is responsible for the security of the equipment at all times during the rental period. Any lost, broken, damaged or destroyed equipment will be charged to the Client at full replacement value. Damage and/or defacement other than normal wear and tear of property belonging to Glamping on the Gulf LLC will result in assessment of charges and billing to the Client. (i.e. no markers, pets, food or drink inside tents). See equipment price list for more information. There should be no sharp objects that may puncture the tent nor tear the fabrics, mattresses, pillows, etc. Please no sitting/standing on tray tables. Pets and smoking are not permitted in tent area.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

DEPOSITS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

 

If you should change your mind about the party that you've reserved, we will do our best to accommodate any changes (hours, items, etc.) However, we cannot guarantee availability. In the event that you decide to cancel your reservation, we will refund the full price of your package up to one week before your event, if you need to cancel within a week from your event we will refund 50% of the cost of your event or work with you to reschedule you event to your next available date.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Please remember that we are removing the item from availability when you reserve with us, so please be sure of your selection at the time that you place your reservation. (We will take into account extreme circumstances, ie. family emergencies)

 

Standard hire is typically overnight. If you wish to rent the tents for an additional night, this can be arranged depending on availability. It is 60% price of the original amount for the second night, and 70% of the price of the original amount for the third and fourth nights.

 

SAFETY PROCEDURES

Our sheets, mattress pad, blankets and pillowcases are all laundered and sanitized. All remaining items are wiped down with either disinfectant wipes or spray. All items will be left for 24 hours after they have been sanitized before reuse for booking, will use a disinfectant spray on all items before we leave.

 

LIABILITIES TO THIRD PARTIES

Glamping on the Gulf LLC assumes no responsibility or liability for any claim for personal injury, death, accidents, loss or damage to the property. Insurance is the Client’s responsibility during the rental period. In the event of damage or loss of Glamping on the Gulf LLC’s inventory and/or damage or loss to the party’s location, the financial responsibility lies entirely on the client. Glamping on the Gulf LLC is not responsible for allergic reactions or any other medical reaction stemming from the rental equipment, menu, fabrics, or any activity taken place before, during, and/or after the party. In the case of liability and/or financial remuneration due to the aforementioned, the responsibility lies strictly with the Client. 

 

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & AGREEMENT

Glamping on the Gulf LLC has provided this account of our policies and terms of service with the assumption that you have read and agreed to our policies before reserving your party. Please ask for clarification if there are any questions regarding the above policies BEFORE reserving your party.  Upon reserving your party you are declaring your agreement with the above mentioned.
